RESEATING PROCESS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How are seat selection times determined?

Seat selection times are determined by 2025 I FUND membership level and Priority Point ranking within each level. Season ticket holders who are not I FUND members will select at the end of the reseating process.

How many seats can I purchase?

At Memorial Stadium, the maximum number of seats that can be selected is 20 per account. At State Farm Center, the maximum number of seats that can be selected is 10 per account. This includes a maximum of 4 per account in the 100-level sections.

How will the reseat work?

You will be sent an email that will confirm your time slot prior to the start of seat selection. All fans involved in the reseat will get another email that will include a link to the online seat selector, which walks you through the steps of picking from available seats. When your time slot opens you will be able to log into your account and pick your seats.

How can I select the best possible seats?

All seat selection times will be allocated by I FUND membership level and Priority Point ranking. Fans looking to improve their seats can increase their ranking by making additional gifts to the I FUND prior to March 1, 2025 for football and May 2, 2025 for men's basketball.

How do I direct my I FUND donation if I have season tickets for both football and men's basketball?

Donors who have season tickets for both football and men's basketball are encouraged to allocate their initial donation towards Football Priority Seating. Any funds not applied toward football during the Memorial Stadium seat selection process will be automatically reallocated to Men's Basketball Priority Seating.

What is the difference between a Priority Seating contribution and an Illini Excellence gift?

An I FUND Priority Seating contribution is the value of the gift required to purchase a specific seat at Memorial Stadium and/or State Farm Center. An Illini Excellence gift is a contribution above and beyond your required I FUND Priority Seating contribution, which will increase your I FUND membership level to obtain enhanced benefits. The total giving from I FUND Priority Seating contributions and Illini Excellence gifts will determine your I FUND membership level.

How can I participate in the reseating process if I am an I FUND member but not a current season ticket holder?

I FUND members who are not season ticket holders for football are encouraged to place a new season ticket deposit prior to March 1. Seat selection times will be assigned to those who place deposits based on I FUND membership level and Priority Point ranking. I FUND members who are not current season ticket holders for men's basketball will need to contact their Fighting Illini Account Manager to be added to the season ticket waitlist. I FUND members on the men's basketball waitlist will be ranked in order of their Priority Points and assigned seat selection times accordingly IF inventory remains. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee you will be a part of the reseating process.

Why switch to a priority seating model and reseating process?

The Illini ERA model is cost-effective for most season ticket holders. It provides a low entry point, with several sections that do not require an I FUND Priority Seating contribution. It also provides a simplified method for season ticket holders to calculate ticket prices and required contributions. Additionally, there is more flexibility for season ticket holders to select seats in their desired location. This model is more equitable and accessible for all season ticket holders, and adds the convenient option to purchase any seat online.

Which areas will not be a part of the reseating process?

Premium seating area ticket holders will not be a part of the reseating process and will be subject to the terms agreed upon in their current contract. ADA seating areas will also not be a part of the reseating process.
